Arranging a Track in the Studio

Writer's picture: Craig HoneysettCraig Honeysett

So much of a songs ability to grab your attention and stick out from the crowd, comes from the arrangement. What instrumentation is used? When and where is that instrumentation used? and does it allow the song to flow, while capturing the artists intended message and emotion?

In this short video, I chat through how I went about arranging a track called 'Coroline' by the band "House of Tribes'. You might find it interesting as I unpack all the layers that went in to making the track what it is.
